Work Out

Anyone who knows me knows that I’ve been doing boot camp since last year. Up before 5am working out and it’s done my body good. :D Real good.

Along with getting in great shape I’ve made some pretty fantastical girlfriends.

Diane by far is my motivator. I’d like to take my sock and shove it in her mouth about 90% of the time but she does motivate me. She calls me princess - because I am one, in fact all of you can begin addressing me as princess as well.

One of the other ones I’m starting to like is Tina, but we call her Nadia…in a very sarcastic kind of way. Nadia is twenty-something and used to be a gymnast and started boot camp to get in even better shape for her wedding day.

It took me a while to get to like Nadia. Not because she’s gorgeous or the fact that you can bounce a quarter off her ass it’s so tight…it’s not even because she’s a little snarky, not that THAT would be a problem…I like snarky people, they make me laugh. But the first time I met her or at least when she “stood out” in the crowd was the day we were running suicides at boot camp and the little brat did a round off at the finish line. I remember wanting to smack her down but didn’t have the breath in my lungs to walk over there and smack her proper.

So yeah, yesterday we’re talking about the location of our workout on Wednesday, and Nadia calls me out with:

Looking forward to it. Anna your @ss had better be there.

True, I haven’t been as consistent with my workouts since August when I had surgery - give a girl a break yeah? I kind of got used to sleeping past 4:50am. But whatever, I said I’d be there right?

Then for whatever reason today Nadia follows it up with:

Anna…you’d better not stay in that nice warm bed tomorrow morning. We can always come by and drag u out.

Oh yeah? It’s on! We’re at the park tomorrow Nadia…be there. And for once try and be on time! ;)

Well “Princess,” great motivators are typically those that people hate the most, even if it’s for your own good. I’m sure you’re thankful, deep down, for having a gf like “Nadia.” But you can still hate her on surface =P I mean c’mon…we’re chicks. It’s what chicks do!

BTW, boot camp? “Running Suicides?” I’m impressed! YOU GO GIRL!!! =)

Blah, Blah Blah!!! It’s our friendly way of motivating you so you won’t be the Thanksgiving Turkey or Ham!!! :) You are so loved!

ah ha ha…it’s going to rain in the morning. :) I’m not going to boot camp after all. You know sugar melts in water and I ain’t takin’ any chances by running in the rain. ;)
